PREMIUM STANDARD WARRANTY: Our Premium Warranty is a limited 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty. This is on defective parts and labor and does not apply to Used parts, Aftermarket Accessories, Engines, Engine Repairs, Flushes, Wiper Blades, Transmissions, Electrical Modules (computers), Light Bulbs, Wiring Repairs, Weld Repairs, and Filters

STANDARD WARRANTY: Our Standard Warranty is a limited 1 year or 12,000 Mile Warranty that covers Defective Parts and Labor which are not covered by our premium warranty such as Light Bulbs, Remanufactured Engines, Remanufactured Transmissions, Engine Repairs, Wipers Blades, And Electrical Modules. The Standard warranty does NOT cover Used parts, Aftermarket Accessories, Wiring Repairs, or Flushes.

CLIENTS MUST MAINTAIN THE VEHICLE PER THE MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE OIL SERVICES. CLIENT SERVICE RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED AT BLACK HILLS TIRE, HOWEVER, IF MAINTENANCE IS DONE ELSEWHERE, CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF SERVICE TO KEEP ANY WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY. WARRANTIES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. BLACK HILLS TIRE WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER FACILITY TO PERFORM WARRANTY REPAIRS IF THE REPAIRS CAN BE PERFORMED AT BLACK HILLS TIRE. BLACK HILLS TIRE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VOID ANY WARRANTY IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF ABUSE, MODIFICATION/AFTERMARKET ACCESSORIES, NEGLECT, INTENTIONAL DAMAGE OR REPAIR OF ANOTHER SYSTEM THAT HAS AFFECTED THE ORIGINAL WARRANTED REPAIR. BLACK HILLS TIRE WILL NOT WARRANTY ANY PARTS OF THE VEHICLE THAT WAS NOT REPAIRED AT BLACK HILLS TIRE, REGARDLESS OF HOW DAMAGED.
